Andrew Crane
Founder & President
Born blind and with Cerebral Palsy, Andrew’s passion is to help blind and visually impaired individuals find the same independence and freedom he gained through working with a guide dog. He created the concept for our newest Awareness Adventure “Into The LIGHT,” and is an international speaker.

John Crane
Chairman
John served as a dedicated police officer in Wichita, Kansas, for 25 years, retiring in August 2006. Married to his wife, Debbie, for 47 years, John has been a steadfast supporter of Guiding Paws ICT since its founding in 2009. As the father of founder Andrew Crane, John brings a deep personal connection to the mission of Guiding Paws.

Michael Hingson
Vice Chair
After Michael and his guide dog Roselle survived 9/11 in the World Trade Center, he wrote the book Thunder Dog: The True Story of a Blind Man, His Guide Dog, and the Triumph of Trust. He assists companies, organizations, and individuals in creating a more inclusive world, and is an international speaker and host of the podcast The Unstoppable Mindset.

Rod Holter

Rod is the President and Owner of Schooley Mitchell of Wichita, a consulting business that focuses on reducing overhead spend for medium to large businesses. Previously, a retired Aviation Executive with over 40 years’ experience in operating large manufacturing operations.

Brian Davis
Board Member
Born and raised in Wichita, Brian Davis graduated Wichita North High school in 1991. His family owns Davis Liquor Outlet, in business in Wichita for over 50 years. Brian is a second generation retailer with 30 years in the industry.

Tony Waterhouse
Board Member
Tony was born with cerebral palsy and has struggled with low vision in recent years. He has 18 years of non-profit board experience serving on multiple boards and helped establish the NFB’s Civic Engagement Committee.
